Cranberry-Pistachio Bark

Ingredients:
11 ounces (about 2 cups) white chocolate chips (1 bag of Ghiradelli)
1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/3 cup coarsely chopped pistachios

Directions:
Line a small sheet pan with waxed paper.

Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler, stirring frequently. Spread the chocolate evenly over waved paper, about 1/8-inch thick. Sprinkle cranberries and pistachios over chocolate, and press gently into chocolate.
Cool in the refrigerator until firm; break into pieces.

  2. I kept meaning to make something with cranberries and pistachios this year but ran out of time. This looks like I might could manage with not too much time and it looks so holiday-ish.
