I'm baaack!

I'm back from New York City. I have so much to tell you and I can't wait. However, it's going to take me a few days to get caught up on everything, edit pictures, and get my posts together.

I've decided I'm going on a diet now, because I overdid it while I was there. But I did it for you! I wanted to have good material for my blog.

This happened:

So did this:

And this:

Uh-oh. Cookies, gelato, pizza. It's time to eat some salad now and work out to Denise Austin.

I love, love New York City. I just got home but I'm missing it already. :(
I was there on a little business (which you'll find out about later on), but I was also able to have some fun. Stay tuned to hear more about a surprise encounter with one of my readers, meeting three of my good blogging friends, and my visits to several of the city's bakeries.

  13. Denise Austin is good. Janis Saffel has a kickbox video that is killer, too! I definitely recommend it! I like it better than some of the P90X workouts.

Those desserts look like they were worth it all!!
