  • 2 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided use
  • 1 large box cook and serve chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.  Line a 13x9-inch pan with foil; coat foil with cooking spray.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; turn off heat and stir in 2 cups chocolate chips until melted.  Add chocolate mixture and pudding mix to a large mixing bowl.  Beat until well combined - about 1 minute.  Beat in eggs until well combined - about 2 minutes.  Beat in sugar and baking soda until well combined.  Stir in flour until just combined.  Stir in 1 cup cereal and remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips until combined.  Spread batter into prepared pan.  Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cereal.

Bake 20-25 minutes, or until well risen and crisp around edges.  Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.

  1. These look choco-licious! :) I was a hard core lucky charms girl and still am :) These days the kids usual pick out all the marshmallows before I can even poor the milk lol

  2. Wow these look very indulgant and fudgey. We don't have halloween or special cereals over here, its a shame. I've a cereal fanatic too though and always have lots of boxes on the go

  3. I would never think to put cereal in brownies, but why not! These look awesome. I think I got Count Chocula a few times when I was younger...hard to believe it's still around :)
