


Nutella Brownies

Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 ounces chopped hazelnut chocolate
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8x8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
Beat together melted butter and cocoa powder in a large mixing bowl, using a mixer on medium speed, until well combined. Beat in sugar and eggs until well combined - about 2 minutes. Beat in Nutella until combined. Sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix until just combined. Mix in chocolate until combined.
Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes or until well risen and set. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Makes 9 brownies
