I once tried cutting the sugar down but then the texture wasn&#39;t right. When those dolls first came out I was getting a little old for them, but I remember wanting one anyway because I wanted to smell her. I liked the idea of scented dolls. <br /><br />I always liked angel food cake because it was so easy to eat a lot of it and you could get away with it because it was low fat (just don&#39;t tell me about the sugar and white flour please...) I haven&#39;t made it in a while because I don&#39;t have a good pan for it. I used to bake it in a Bundt pan and had mixed results. Sometimes it would come out and sometimes it wouldn&#39;t. If it didn&#39;t I&#39;d just &quot;glue&quot; it back together with fresh whipped cream and strawberries. One big advantage of it is that the plainness of it means it takes on flavors well (just don&#39;t make it into a Kwaaza cake) and I&#39;ll bet Meyer lemons are perfect with it.<br /><br />My rotting bananas end up in the freezer.
